Better for foot alignment than the yoga straps that just wrap around the mid-foot. Would recommend during pregnancy when calf muscles cramp and perhaps also for plantar fasciitis. Helps with a good stretch along bottom of heel and foot. Take care not to crush the nerves at the bases of the toes.
